For Avery's Big 1st Birthday, we all headed to the Indianapolis Zoo!
Everyone say "Avery's Birthday!"
The first exhibit we saw was a big CAT once we were inside the gates :)
Just look at the excitement and wonder on her face!
Petting her first shark....eek!!!!

sooooo cool daddy!"
The penguins were cute to watch them dive off the rocks into the water.
Avery was totally into the water reflections on the ground inside the aquarium.
Aunt Ashley & Uncle Pete were here for the last weekend before moving to Charlotte. Congrats to Uncle Pete for graduating this past weekend from Purdue. The 1st Pharmacist in the family. We are so proud of you.

"He is funny looking and his whiskers feel like Daddy's!"

Avery & Aunt Sass visit the Splash Park.....but mommy wouldn't let them get "IN" the water.

Mamaw has been dying to ride a
carrousel with Avery-bug.

Getting rained on a little bit didn't ruin one ounce of fun we had that day!
"OH-what is that?!?!?!? A Walrus?!?!?!"
"Mommy....did you see that thing?!?!"
The walrus was the hit of the day. Avery really liked anything aquatic but the walrus won her over and he really was putting on quite a show.
The
Haselby's had such a great day celebrating all the joy that little Avery has brought to our lives in the last year. We love you baby girl!!!!

And that's a wrap.....Avery made it all day long without a nap but fell asleep as soon as she hit the car on the way to the
restaurant.
Handing out kisses....she is quite the love bug!
We celebrated Avery's birthday dinner at Cheeseburger's in Paradise. She enjoyed her sundae.

What a special day for a very special little lady. We love you Avery and hope your 1st birthday was a perfect one!!!! Many memories were made and we can't wait to celebrate and make lots more!!!
