Raising Awareness

This was our third year to walk for Daddy's Little Helpers. The Haselby's are very committed to raising awareness & hopes to find a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig's). Even though the weather was awful this year, our team still raised A LOT of money and even gained the support of businesses. We appreciate everyone who donated and passed along the words of awareness AND encouragement!!!
Bundled up on a very cold & rainy day....
We headed inside to dry out and warm up. It was just too yucky for Avery to be outside.

Supermarket Sweep

Avery is pretty pumped up to play with a toy she got months ago for her birthday. She hasn't been big enough for it until now....
Helping daddy put it together...
Thanks Uncle Brock & Aunt Lindsey for the shopping cart birthday gift. The living room has been turned into a grocery store!
This little shopper is on a mission!

Ladies Only

Avery didn't stray too far from Tasha's side during the shower. Momma had to keep Avery bug back in the corner so that Tasha could open her presents without having to hold her!
Avery was pretty excited to see both Grandma Daily AND Grandma Haselby at the party. It was a nice bridal shower for cousin Tasha and Avery was happy to see the ladies in the family there!
Aunt Darlene sent balloons home with Avery. She had tons of fun carrying them around and letting them float to the ceiling to see who would jump up to get them down for her. :)

Pumpkin Harvest

She works hard for a living....
Team work....daddy is cutting the pumpkins off the vine and Avery is loading her wagon...
"Look at this "BIG" one momma!"
"I found another one daddy!"
Avery loves pumpkins as much as mommy & daddy do!!!!!
We have lots and lots of pumpkins.....Avery had a ball harvesting all of them. The best part is that a lot of these are leftover from the days that Grandpa Gary used to plant them!
Our pumpkin with lots of pumpkins!
She always finds something to smile at.....
Avery's kittens, Shake & Bake, grew up quick. They are two of the nicest cats though...tolerating even headlocks!
Poor, poor kitty....

Football Season has kicked off!

How can you NOT root for the Colts after looking at her?
Working on her passing game....
She might be a cute little girl but she is going to be a sports nut like her daddy!
"Whoa-you can throw it HOW FAR daddy?"
Cuteness Time Out :)
Daddy's football is as big as she is but that doesn't stop her....
She may have QB in her blood but this might just be a Powder Puff receiver!
"Touchdown!"......Avery is perfecting her touchdown dance.
Football season has officially began and it appears that daddy might have a football companion. (though she can always nap with mommy while the games are on too).

End of Summer

Avery was able to meet a very special lady in her momma's life while she was back from Colorado for a visit. It was so good to be able to catch up with the Kozel/Harman/Callahan families and meet all the little kiddies!!!
Another successful trip to the Blueberry Festival for the Haselby's. We look forward to it all year!
Lunch break in the Plymouth park at the festival was lots of fun too...
LOTS of fun!
This toddler is on the go constantly....
Happy Birthday Grandpa Daily and Happy 60th to two very amazing people in our lives!
The happy couple :)
Avery loves her Grandpa...(who every time she says his name is followed by "tractor")
Cousin Tasha taking Avery for a test spin on a tractor just Avery's size!
Avery sure likes Tasha...she's lots of fun and plays with her lots!
Sharing food is the easiest way to get on Avery's good side....added bonus when the food is birthday cake! :)
With a little bit of bribing at first, Avery warmed right up to Aunt Jane and pretty sure that Jane enjoyed every minute of it. Avery's Grandma Linda and Aunt Jane had a special bond so it was nice to see Avery getting to have some special time with her aunt too.

A beautiful day....

Avery hung out with the girls at the salon as they got their hair done.
Calling her Papaw to come and pick her up....
Baby girl was all smiles after spending the afternoon with her Papaw as the girls were busy with wedding details.
Always full of smiles....
Smallest Groupie going up for a closer look of the band....Avery was very into the music and couldn't stop shaking her little butt.
Aunt Ashley and Uncle Pete were back in town for a friends wedding. They spent as much time with peanut as they could in the short/quick trip up from Charlotte. Thanks to the beautiful bride for including all of us in her special day!!!!
Avery had a ball the entire night!
Dancing with the girls....she danced the whole night!!!
Aunt Ashley showing Avery the pretty fountains at night....
and Avery was NOT impressed when Aunt Ash wouldn't let her get IN the water.
Uncle Pete busting a move with his Avery.
She was sooo tired but she wouldn't slow down. AND....she is a HUGE fan of her Uncle Pete. Mommy had to hear "Peta Peta" for about 30 minutes in the car after we left the reception.
Avery would totally pass for their kid!
Full of hugs and love for her Auntie & Uncle. It was so good to see that she remembered them since she hadn't seen them for 3 months. She went right to them both without hesitation.
Baby girl watching the fireworks with her Ashley. Thankfully Avery FINALLY has learned again to say "Asshhh". She had it down months ago and then started calling her and Pete both "Peta Peta".
