Odds & Ends
Nothing like weekends in pj's! Especially when they don't match.
Monkey Boy with a pirate sword. Argh...ooohhhaaahhhhh
Avery loves her little cousin, Evie.
Proud big cousin...she calls Evie her "Baby sister-cousin". She talks about her constantly and always wants to go see her.
The kids loved the Halloween candy-suckers from Aunt Darlene!
Poor kid.....he is going to hate his hair as he gets older. Cowlicks and curls.
Reading while eating candy....whatever works.
Halloween at the Zoo
Welcome to the Zoo....come on....come with us...
Little Red Riding Hood....sure lookin' good!
FW Children's Zoo did a wonderful job of decorating...they had creative pumpkin and gourd animals everywhere.
We will have to make these next year...
Little bit of spook in the tunnel
Corn maze....full of crazy, fun house mirrors
Broom-Hilda the friendly witch :)
The REAL grandma with the Big Bad Wolf.
The kids loved the lip-whistle trick or treat station.
Papaw snagging the little wolf-man :)
Happy Boy :)
The new transportation to Grandma's house?
Oh how we need one of these in our barn :(

Sea lions were loving the cool temps...they were quite the show-offs for the crowd.
Papaw's boy
Pumpkin are the perfect "chair".
So cute you just want to squeeze him!
"I'm sad"
"I'm scared...and angry?"
"I'm happy"
"I'm AVERY!"
"She couldn't love him more if she tried!"
Howling at the moon....
So many cool things at the zoo....
Braylin loved taking in all the sites and sounds.
Creative way to hand out treats at each station....
Ring the bell and hear a puppet tell a joke...
"What does a witch use to do her hair? SCARE-SPRAY"
Believe he thinks the turtle is real?
Turtles wear red capes too....right?
Picking a pumpkin out the mini-patch to take home.
Happy Birthday Papaw! Thanks Housers for coming to the Zoo for the day with us!!!!
Another super fun day for the family at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo. It is now closed for the season so we will have to anxiously await next season. Lot's of fun memories made this spring/summer/fall.
