One Fish....Two Fish

Mamaw & Papaw took Avery fishing at the pond in the addition.
Checking out the pole....
"ooooohhhhhhh....what is that?!!?!"
"It's a iiissshh!"
Papaw showing her how to reel....
Cutest lil' fisherman we've ever seen!
"I's a big girl papaw....I do it."
"Another One!!!!"
Avery has Papaw wrapped around her finger....he came home early from work to take her fishing. "Thanks Papaw!"
Chilling out on the blanket with Mamaw was fun too and not nearly as stinky!

Moving on up....

Avery getting ready to head to Lafayette to go shopping (one of her favs) and out to eat with Mommy & Daddy.
Bittersweet....Avery transitioned out of her carrier into her big girl car seat.
She is all set with her "Wally the Walrus" and "Puffin' the Penguin".
All smiles facing forward.....guess that means she likes it? :)
Blowing kisses to the lobsters.....it's as if she knows their fate! Avery ate shrimp for the first time at Red Lobster and LOVED it. We've got a seafood eater on our hands.

CSB Annual Hot Dog Days!

Avery loves to visit daddy and everyone at the bank!
"What's up CSB? Let's get this Hot Dog Party started!!!"
"Mommy, you sit here and Daddy, you sit there".
Busted trying to get into Daddy's desk and chair.
Serious "meeting" face.....maybe she'll grow up to be a banker :)
Bob the Builder's got nothing on this girl!
"Ummm daddy......what the heck is THAT?"
"What do you mean THAT is a HOT DOG?"
Took her a bit of coaxing but she eventually was interested in the giant hot dog.
"Okay...cheese....take the pic quick mommy".
There seems to be safety in numbers....much better when Cole is there too.
Can we work on a pre-arranged marriage for these two? Too very cute kids!!!
"Daddy, I want to go back over to the hot dog please...he is over there".

Busy social calander :)

White Co Fair with daddy kicked her bootie....Avery & Daddy spent the day at the White Co pig show. Her favorites haven't changed....she likes the cows and the goats!
Pretty little girl got to spend the day with Mamaw. Then the next day she spent the day at Grandma & Grandpa Daily's which is one of her favorite things to do. She had a busy week and got to see lots of people!

Many Faces of Avery!

Love that smile!
Look at the wheels turning...she is just trying to figure out what she is going to do next!
Sweetness
ORNERY!!!!!!!!

Little Bit of Everywhere

"Mommy, I'll drive this time".
Mommy & Avery were trying to cool down in the car at the Cass County Fair. The car wasn't nearly as sad as ring-side during the 4-H auction.
Papaw took Avery for a ride on the lawn mower and got a little too far away from home when I nice rain blew up. They were both soaked and had to change clothes!
Avery playing with her Mamaw after dinner.
"This one is for you Aunt Sass!"
Avery's favorite animal right now is the monkey so she got to hold mamaw's monkey who is as big as she is! :)
She loves her mamaw & papaw!!!!
Super excited to head to Indy to go shopping!!!!!

Just a Day at the Beach!

Mommy & Avery checking out how warm the water is... (Avery is sporting the cutest cover-up from her Uncle Brock & Aunt Linds....quite comfy!)
Avery's first encounter with sand....."Dada...it sticks to me!!!!"
Getting the hang of how to play in the sand...
"Ooooohhhh, this is WWWAAAAAYYYYYY better than my pool at home!!!"
Never too young to learn to soak up some rays!
Daddy to the rescue....Avery lost her water shoe.
Well, at least it appears that she might not freak out like mommy when the seaweed/grass hits her legs under the water!?!?!?
Splish Splash.
Have to watch her close....she just heads back in the water whenever she wants to....
"This place is soooo much fun....can we come back next weekend?"
What a beach babe!
Daddy & Avery playing in the water & sand. We won't even talk about how much sand ended up INSIDE the suit and swim diaper.
Avery loved every minute of our day at Culver. Mommy & Daddy enjoyed the day too. Thinking a few more trips are in store for us this summer to the beach!
Ahhhhhh, she loved when the waves would hit her.
She will be a ball when we finally make it to the ocean!
Surfer Girl in the making :)
Of course, mommy has always loved lighthouses so we had to go check this small one out.
"Bye-Bye Beach....Bye-Bye Water & Sand. See you next time!"
