Avery's hair has grown quite a bit....we don't like for her to have wet hair in the winter time so we have started blow drying it after her bath.
She loves it...can't ya tell!
She has started "doing" mommy's hair lately and trying to brush her own hair with the comb...so she is very into the blowdryer.
Continuing the routine....growing up Mommy & Aunt Ashley would always get their hair washed on Sunday night and then Grandpa Darv would blow dry their hair while they watched the Wonderful World of Disney.....I guess this is the next generation starting their traditions/routines
Baby girl was introduced to chocolate pudding for the first time this weekend.....
Took a few bites to get used to it....
Then she was TOTALLY into it....
Oh yeah, proving she has that Hanson blood in her....she loved her first encounter with chocolate. She did her Grandpa Darv and Aunt Ashley proud.....of course it should not have been that new to her since Mommy ate it non-stop while she was pregnant!
Avery was at her Mamaw's yesterday and played with a tea set.....she seemed to like it so since she was such a good girl yesterday (which was a long day for her), she got her own tea set.
Not too hot!
Apparently she is not too thrilled that mommy is pouring the tea?!?!?!
She was so cute jabbering away and playing with her tea set. She is growing up so fast acting like a little lady playing.
Oh my....is she holding her pinky finger up as she drinks a spot of tea?
Some tea before night-night-hope it's decaf!
Avery had a tea party with daddy and another one with mommy. She thinks it is funny when we drink out the tea cups.
"Delic!"
"I like cookies with my tea!"
Mommy was teaching little girl how to dunk her cookies in her tea.....we'll see if that was a wise thing to teach-EEK!
We got to spend a couple hours with Uncle Pete & Aunt Ashley this weekend. Though unfortunate circumstances brought them home, it was good to see them. All of our thoughts and prayers are still going out to the Nei family. Lael-we'll be thinking of you and sending our love.
Avery sure loves her Auntie. We are so happy for the bond that these two have with eachother.
Two peas in a pod! It's as if they like spending time with one another :)
"Oh Uncle Pete....I love feeling your scruff!"
Playing with Uncle Pete's watch. Uncle Pete definately had Avery's full attention when he was around....for some reason she is drawn to him.....must be the killer white smile! :)
This was a fun game of Avery trying to put Aunt Ashley's necklace in her mouth and then pouting when she was told "NO". It was pretty cute.
Avery got to meet her cousin Steven as he joined us for dinner also. It was great to get to visit with him as we don't get to see him nearly enough. She was all about playing with his tie and he didn't mind a bit.
"Oh please momma, can I please spend the night with Aunt Sass and Furry Uncle Pete?"
Daddy took his girls to Logan's to kickoff Valentine's Weekend!
Great Grandma Daily & Avery looking at some picture albums.
Great Grandpa and Avery got to visit. We had a nice afternoon with Great Grandma & Great Grandpa!
Our Valentine and her VERY BIG BEAR!
She is really into cards right now....especially ones with kitty's on them!
Success-she likes her soccer ball. Now we can put away the footballs for a bit!
She always goes for the pigs in the farm toys....hmmmmcoincidence?
Avery got another photo album for Valentine's. It is a great way to take pictures of her favorites with her when she goes somewhere...full of family and pets-she now has a couple of these albums filled up!
